Together with KPN and Ubiqu, ODS2 has successfully launched the KPN Identity e-Wallet ecosystem over the past year – an innovative digital solution that is transforming the way organizations manage identities.
The first use case, KPN Health, will implement the e-Wallet within the Midden Holland collaboration, enabling users to manage their digital identities safely and effortlessly. This milestone highlights the impact of collaboration between technology partners in advancing digital identity solutions in the Netherlands.
The strength of the ecosystem lies not only in the user-friendly mobile app but especially in ODS2’s Business Support System (BSS), which consists of multiple building blocks designed to optimally support organizations and KPN:

Service Desk: A dedicated KPN team is available to provide fast and effective support for all e-Wallet inquiries.

Customer Self-Care: Organizations can be onboarded quickly, and administrators can manage e-Wallet users, including inviting new users or deactivating existing accounts.
Thanks to this combination of mobile e-Wallet functionality and versatile BSS capabilities, the KPN Identity e-Wallet ecosystem provides a robust and scalable solution, perfectly combining end-user convenience with operational power and flexibility for organizations.
