JOB DESCRIPTION?
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Consultant Manager, who is able to translate customer requirements into opportunities and also keep track of SLA contractual agreements.
WHO ARE WE?
ODS2 provides Business Support Systems for Digital Identity Wallet Providers, serving as the essential bridge between QTSP, Wallet Supplier & Organizations. Our system allows for seamless integration with various systems, like iAM, and offers features like CRM, reporting, and end-to-end billing. Built on state-of-the-art technology and powered by AWS, ODS2 ensures compliance and operational efficiency in managing EUDI Wallets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Business Consultant Manager is accountable to ensure that all service level agreements (SLA’s) are delivered according to specifications / guideline. You will have overall responsibility and accountability for the success of the Service Level Management (SLM) process. Also you will be identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update ODS2 software and systems, to help our clients reform their operations and support their business by providing intuitive guidance
Key tasks
- Driving SLA Operations on focused with contractual agreement and as per agreed SLA.
- Continual improvement of the reporting & ratification process.
- Management/Leadership team Manages to run the weekly and monthly governance meeting with our customer.
- Drive to achieve Points on all agreed KPI Target’s.
- Providing feedback to ‘ODS2 Service Level Owners’ and Management about the performance of Service Levels.
- Highlighting poor trending KPIs to ODS2 Management
- Ensure to deliver 100% on Monthly SLA Report
- Business Consulting and Consulting skills
- Asses new business requirement and convert them into opportunities
Other important task
- Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
Requirements
- Proven experience as business consultant or equivalent
- Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving

We are looking for a highly skilled (backend) PHP Programmer (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, preferably also GUI skills) who is able to translate great design into great code.

Our system allows for seamless integration with various systems, like iAM, and offers features like CRM, reporting, and end-to-end billing. Built on state-of-the-art technology and powered by AWS, ODS2 ensures compliance and operational efficiency in managing EUDI Wallets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Your responsibilities will be to develop complex and functional (add on) applications, based on our existing BSS platform . You will also assist other back-end developers in coding and troubleshooting.
Essentials
- You must have at least 4-5 years of experience
- You must speak and write perfectly English Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP without mainstream frameworks.
- Experience with Laravel Framework
- Mastery of object oriented programming and design patterns.
- Deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Experience in SQL and MySQL database systems.
- Experience working with Apache web server on Redhat or CentOS servers.
- Experience working with SVN version control system.
- Experience with Front-End development (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Responsive design).
- Excellent ability to communicate with diverse groups of users and developers.
- Fluency in English.
- Desirable Skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of modern Javascript framework such as ReactJS.
- Knowledge of GIT version control system and Github.
- Experience working with Laravel 5+
- Knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience with cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure & Google
- Cloud Platform.
Our head of IT will verify the quality of your code by conducting a small test.
